The summer University of young orthopaedics surgeons – Geco 2019
The University of Young Surgeons organized by Geco is a first of a kind and a great concept. Indeed, all outgoing surgeons who start their new career have the opportunity to start well whether if they choose to be freelance or working on a daily based in a hospital.
Three days are devoted to them so that they can ask their questions and they can be guide through the labyrinth of various paths they will chose according to their affinities. The best place to be and to learn how avoiding the pitfalls when starting a new career.
All or almost everything is approached, passing by the social contributions, the necessary insurances, the pension saving retired, the taxes, the laws gifts, the possible or forbidden advantages, the premiums jobs, the tips to start a small company, the partnerships, the rights and duties towards the patient in front of the law, basically a well-developed program in which MSK Ultrasound has not been put aside since this new tool is part of the arsenal of the next surgeon generation.
On the program a workshop led by Dynamecho with young surgeons full of enthusiasm and interest.
Facing this interest, the lecture and practical workshop that should have been held for 1 hour extended with another extra hour. Thinking that I was seriously disturbed the heavy schedule, the Chair of the meeting, his associates and colleagues have been done everything possible to make up for this delay. 
They have told me that they were delighted with this enthusiasm and for these young people it was necessary to take the needed time because we were all there to encourage and help them in their future.
How not to bow in front of so much generosity and wisdom from the oldest. A beautiful lesson of altruism associated with true human and fraternal values. Definitely, Geco is not a society like the others!
